No long-term contract. We ask for 30 days' notice if you want to cancel — that gives us time to wrap up your content properly and hand everything back to you.

Nothing goes live without your approval. You'll see every post and email before it's published. If you want changes, just tell us — we'll fix it. We'd rather get it right than post something you're not happy with.

We start with a 20–30 minute call where you tell us everything — your business, your customers, your tone of voice, things you definitely don't want to say. We take notes and use them to make sure everything sounds genuinely like you, not a template.

It helps, but it's not essential. If you can send us photos on your phone — of your products, premises, team, or work — we'll use them. If you can't, we can work with stock imagery and graphic-based posts instead. Many of our clients just send a few photos via WhatsApp whenever something looks good.

Social media isn't instant. Typically you'll start to see improved engagement within the first month, and more meaningful results — increased enquiries, better Google visibility — over 3–6 months of consistent posting. We'll report honestly on what's working each month.

Our focus is on South Lanarkshire and East Renfrewshire where we can provide the most genuine local knowledge. That said, if you're based nearby and interested, get in touch — we're always happy to have a conversation.

Everything stays yours. We never take ownership of your accounts — we just manage them on your behalf. When you cancel, we remove our access and hand everything back cleanly. Your posts, your followers, your history — all still there.
